The procedure requires extremely precise suturing of delicate tubal structures. Robotic technology provides magnification and controlled instrument movement that can assist surgeons during microsurgical reconstruction.

The possibility of natural conception following the procedure depends on several factors, including the patient's age, remaining tubal length, site of obstruction, ovarian reserve, partner fertility factors and overall reproductive health. Robotic Pectopexy

Robotic pectopexy is an advanced minimally invasive procedure used to treat selected cases of pelvic organ prolapse or vaginal vault prolapse. During the procedure, the prolapsed vaginal or uterine structures are supported using fixation to the iliopectineal ligaments.

Unlike sacrocolpopexy, which uses the sacral region for fixation, pectopexy avoids dissection within the presacral space.
