Seek emergency medical assistance immediately and avoid delaying hospital care. For critically ill or unstable patients, an appropriately equipped ambulance should be used whenever possible to ensure monitoring and medical support during transport.

Yes. We actively support inter-hospital transfers and have a dedicated Emergency Retrieval Team for this purpose. We accept critically ill patients who require a higher level of care than available at referring hospitals — including patients on mechanical ventilators, IABP, or ECMO. Our telemedicine platform enables real-time clinical guidance to referring physicians during stabilisation and transfer. Our emergency admissions team facilitates insurance pre-authorisation on a priority basis for emergency cases.
