Robotic gynaecological cancer surgery may be used for selected cancers involving the uterus, endometrium, cervix and other female reproductive organs. Depending on the diagnosis and stage, procedures may include robotic hysterectomy, lymph node assessment and other oncological surgeries.

The robotic platform can be especially useful for operating within the pelvis, where enhanced visualisation and articulated instruments support precise dissection around the bladder, ureters, blood vessels and pelvic nerves. Treatment planning is individualised and may involve gynaecologic oncologists, medical oncologists, radiation oncologists, radiologists and pathologists.
