Dr. Neeraj H is an expert psychiatrist at Apollo Adlux Hospital, Kochi, skilled in treating a wide range of mental health conditions, with particular expertise in neuropsychiatric disorders. He completed his MBBS at Government Indira Gandhi Medical College, Puducherry, and went on to secure an All India Rank of 4 before undergoing specialized psychiatric training at the National Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences (NIMHANS), one of India's foremost institutions in neurosciences and mental health. He also secured the first rank in NIMHANS' post-doctorate fellowship entrance examination.

Dr. Neeraj specializes in non-invasive brain stimulation techniques, including transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS), repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS), and electroconvulsive therapy (ECT), for the management of various neuropsychiatric conditions. He is also experienced in psychotherapy approaches such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness-based therapy, and family therapy.
