With close to three decades of experience, Dr. Sunil N has built his reputation on a simple principle: every eye tells a different story, and treatment should follow the patient's life, not a template. As a Senior Consultant in the Department of Ophthalmology at Apollo Adlux Hospital, Angamaly, he sees patients across the full spectrum of eye care, but his practice is built around three pillars: glaucoma management, cataract surgery, and medical and surgical treatment of the retina.

Dr. Sunil N completed his MBBS from T.D. Medical College, Alappuzha, before specialising further with an MS in Ophthalmology from N.H.L. Medical College. That academic grounding was followed by a Fellowship in Vitreo-Retinal Surgery at Aravind Eye Hospital, Madurai, one of the institutions most respected in India for high-volume, high-precision retinal training. It's this combination of glaucoma, cataract, and retinal training under one roof that lets him manage overlapping conditions (a common scenario in older patients) without bouncing them between specialists.

His surgical interest leans toward the cases other surgeons tend to refer onward: cataracts that develop after a patient has already had LASIK or another refractive procedure, where the eye's measurements no longer follow the standard formulas.
